GFP Real Estate's Chelsea office building was once the office for former New York governor Al Smith in the 1920s as well as part of a beautiful Art Deco bank. It was redesigned with a modern feel while keeping the historic aspects of the building intact. The original wood paneling was restored and remains as a backdrop for the main conference room. A new kitchen and elevated breakout spaces were added to increase the comfort and functionality of the space. The stone archway entrance was retained to create a new seating area.
