This uber-stylish community is amid the sleekest architectural landmarks in Hollywood. It combines sophisticated artistic interiors and amenities offering environmentally-friendly “green” materials. The generous units are well-appointed with upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, sliding glass and wood barn doors, wool carpet, stainless appliances, stained concrete and stone flooring.
This project boasts four outdoor sky terraces, bar and entertainment lounge connected to rooftop infinity edge pool and spa. Wi-fi is connected throughout this pet-friendly community including lush courtyards, water features and sculpture garden. The fitness studio includes a Pilates/yoga loft and spa area. An entertainment lounge is compete with the hippest clubs in the area which meets the most discriminating local, offering plasma TVs and fluid chain curtain walls.
This project successfully revitalized a former parking lot with dilapidated buildings while reducing crime. By not only matching, but increasing the existing parking with a shared-use subterranean structure, space was created for residents, retailers, guests and neighboring owner, while reducing traffic congestion within the dense urban area. The development achieved total community support from two cities and achieved successful financing for an extraordinary 65 year ground lease.
