This project is currently under construction. It features a double height commercial space at the ground level (25' ceilings) that is accessible from the street level through glass doors and a monolithic folding glass door that spans the entire height of the ground floor facade. The 3 residential units above are floor-through 3 bedroom units that each have large terraces facing the streetscape. The facade is detailed with aluminum composite panels that serve as both ornamental cladding and rainscreen.
