Located in the Bethesda Central Business District, the property was owned by the U.S. Postal Service. The building fronts on Arlington Road directly across from the Bradley Shopping Center and near Bethesda Row. To the east of the Property is the Capital Crescent Trail, a 90-ft wide right-of-way paved a paved walking/ bicycle trail.
The design approach was the creation of two triangular residential courts on the north and the south side to be used as gardens with active recreational uses. Under the green space is the underground parking garage. The retail portion of the building faces Arlington road above which is the four-story residential building. The east portion of the building faces the Capital Crescent Trail.
