The demolition of a 1960s/70s building has allowed the redevelopment of the site into a Grade A office, which adjoins and includes the refurbishment of the Grade II Queen Anne House. The site is within the city centre conservation area and adjacent to the Grade I and Grade II Queen Square and King Street buildings.AWW worked closely with the Local Authority and English Heritage to ensure that the relationship of the new buildings were givem careful consideration to ensure the urban grain, scale and mass did not dominate the listed buildings.
