to be the first LEED certified home in Prince Edward Island. It’s intent is to achieve the highest LEED score
possible without an undue emphasis on systems. It takes advantage of more
cost effective environmentally conscious practices such as an urban in-fill site
selection, solar orientation, developing a well-insulated, air-tight shell, and
using locally sourced and green materials.
