This three unit condo set within the heart of Santa Fe have been LEED Gold Certified under the United States Green Building Council. Within walking distance (3 blocks) to the Rail Yard District these two story condos offer clean, modern finishes.
Custom wood cabinetry, polished concrete floors at the ground level with sustainably harvested walnut wood floors upstairs and zero VOC paints throughout. Energy efficient on-demand hot water heater serves the radiant heat flooring, programmable thermostats keep the home comfortable and all units were installed with Energy Star rated appliances and low flow water fixtures.
