The 8,025 RSF fitness center features a suite of premium PRECOR free motion and stationary cardio equipment, a broad range of FREEMOTION strength equipment, a personal studio that hosts a plethora of yoga and cross-fit classes. Full service spa-quality locker room equipped with steam showers and towel service. Vanities are stocked with complimentary products.
These new amenities coupled with the existing supersized set – 288 space indoor garage with four dual car charging stations, full service café, winebar, wellness center and roof garden on the 6th floor.
Today the building is 99% leased, is a LEED Platinum building, certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
