Due to ownership’s attention to state of the art, full service amenity offerings, Third Millennium Group, Ownership of 540 West Madison, Chicago completed a revitalization of the building’s amenity program in 2015. This encompasses development of a conference center, private theater and state of the art fitness center, thus delivering an unparelled amenity program that resulted in leasing in excess of 450,000 rsf of space.

The 8,025 RSF fitness center features a suite of premium PRECOR free motion and stationary cardio equipment, a broad range of FREEMOTION strength equipment, a personal studio that hosts a plethora of yoga and cross-fit classes. Full service spa-quality locker room equipped with steam showers and towel service. Vanities are stocked with complimentary products.
These new amenities coupled with the existing supersized set – 288 space indoor garage with four dual car charging stations, full service café, winebar, wellness center and roof garden on the 6th floor.
