509 residential complex is located at the southeast of the Caracas city, at the top of Alto Hatillo’s Urbanization, which provides spectacular panoramic views of the valley of Caracas and the Avila Mountain, located at the north of the city.
The construction site has 3230 m2 in which is developed the residential tower in a 7-story apartment building with apartments of 125 and 250 m2 each, and 5 houses of 250 m2 each. The apartment tower was located at the south area of the plot, and its height allows getting magnificent visuals of Caracas valley towards the north of the site.
The houses are located at the north of the plot, to enjoy like the tower of the magnificent visuals; those were located on a ramp or access road to the parking basement of the building, thus freeing the visuals of the building.
The apartment tower has 3 types of apartments, the 1st ones at ground floor level are duplex, the 2nd ones at intermediate levels are single-level flats and finally the 3rd ones at penthouse level are duplex. The ground floor apartment has private gardens, which also covers the parking area, while the penthouse duplex has an open terrace on the third level toward the south of the site.
Each house has 4 levels, accessing them from the ramp or internal road, where each house has its own parking area for 4 vehicles, the main entrance is located at this level, and half level downstairs is located the housing social area, while at the top two levels to the main entrance, there are the bedrooms areas, having the master bedroom at the top level, with an outdoor terrace with panoramic visuals of the city, whereas in the last lower level of each house, or garden level, there are multi-purpose area , which also enjoys excellent views.
