The Deparo 4PH housing development is a direct response to Caloocan city’s growing demand for public housing. The 3.7-hectare lot is expected to have a curated mix of 12- and 15-storey towers, totaling to 23 towers in all. its completion will give Caloocan city more than 5,500 new homes for its growing population.

The vertical housing buildings takes on an unconventional cruciform plan, which benefits the structure with more structural stability, more window surface areas, and wider green pockets in between towers.

The facade design, on the other hand, takes advantage of the multiple breaks and corners of the building’s cruciform floor plate, to naturally define accented surfaces and neutral patterns. This creates an interesting building facade that works well within construction cost limits. A Solar Panel System and Rainwater Harvesters are also added to each tower, to help maintain its common spaces.
