A two lot subdivision in the Surf Coast township of Ocean Grove completed in 2020 by award winning builders Larkin & Drought Homes. The project went on to win the 2021 Master Builders Victoria Regional Building Award for Best Multi Unit Development. The design features thick off form concrete walls and beams to the ground floor that frame openings and form the solid support base for the lighter charred timber clad gable forms above.
