IDB acquired a majority stake in 452 Fifth Avenue, the former HSBC tower, and approached STUDIOS to re-envision the entry and lobby of this Class A office property. The new lobby is expressed at the exterior of the building with a new two-story glazed entry wall and canopy, which provide maximum transparency into the space. The renovations create a greater distinction between the HSBC retail presence at the street level and the identity of the building. In addition, the entrance and lobby have been completely upgraded to provide a more gracious and accessible entry sequence.
