Spot Works is really honored to have this opportunity to work on a high-end residential project, 432 Park Avenue, New York City. The pencil-thin residential skyscraper is strategically located in the busy central of New York City standing at 1,396 feet tall (96 storeys) with a slim design, overlooking the whole of central park. It is Manhattan's tallest residential building & one of the tallest buildings in the western hemisphere, placing itself in the list of the top 20 tallest buildings in the world. The building houses units with a starting selling price of USD$7M to a staggering USD$95M for a luxurious Penthouse.
