STATUS
Built
YEAR
2012
PKSB designed a new, five-story retail and commercial building in the Meatpacking District, a historic neighborhood. By using materials that referred to the neighborhood's history with those that suited a more modern palette, the building appealed to the Landmarks Preservation Commission and developers alike.
