The building group that emerged during the design process was aimed at bringing a new proposal to the lives of people beyond the fact that the buildings are side by side with modern urban life. In residential solutions, living spaces are planned to dominate the landscape and to the south. Large courtyards, where each house has its own green spaces, making it possible to have an outdoor experience well above standards. The panorama that surrounds you from the entrance hall in the houses is accompanied by life on every corner of the house, with high ceilings and wide windows designed along the floor. The design offers a fluid space design, interior living space and gardens with rich landscaping, designed to allow the same kind of privacy and crowded hospitality in accordance with the different uses of the day’s housing experience. Each apartment has 2 covered car parks, with green gardens and a large recreational area, which surrounds the residence and offers an integrity with hiking trails, hobby gardens, sports and entertainment areas.
While Kayseri’s terrestrial climate structure and day and night temperature differences are taken into account, the block settlements have been preferred in the south and west direction in terms of energy efficiency. Besides, the residential blocks are planned to be oriented according to the references of Erciyes Mountain and Ali Dağı to define a common recreation area located to the south of the land, the commercial structure is planned to be in line with the external road and not intersect with the site users. Within the parcel area there are 5.000 m² Trade and 224 4 + 1 flats.
