Built in 1928 on the site of the old Elliot M. Eldredge mansion, 360 Clinton Avenue is on the western edge of the Clinton Hill Historic District. Manhatta Architecture was commissioned to gut renovate a bathroom in a ground floor apartment within this landmarked building. As the last room to be renovated within the apartment, the client's goal was to continue the existing design aesthetic into the newly renovated space.
Responding to the keyword's "modern", "clean" and "minimalist", Manhatta Architecture has attempted to develop a design that incorporates contemporary design trends while maintaining the fundamental goal of creating an enduring aesthetic style. With guidance from the architect, the clients selected fixtures, fittings and finishes that met their style and budget.
