Client bought a house 20 years ago. Then client decided to renovate the house for living a life.
"Can't see inside from outside"
"Need a space for playing with dogs"
"Able to see a view of a farm in front of the house"
Some conditions were there. So we needed to construct on full construction area, and slanted 35 degrees.(That's why we call this house "35°")
Also, slanted wall of east side and south side too. So they can see a view of a farm from terrace of 2nd floor and can keep their privacy in courtyard of 1st floor. Even if they open the window to its full width for get sunlight and wind inside, the Courtyard surrounded by walls, so people can't see inside of the house.
And they can watch when their dogs play in courtyard from LDK.
2nd floor's deck terrace is openness for see the view.
Ceiling of a storage space is lowder than other spaces. So it was able to cost reduction.
