This is a major renovation of a 1901 townhouse originally designed by Janes & Leo. The major feature rooms such as the living room, drawing room, and library will be restored. The dining room will be slightly modified to accommodate a new staff stair connecting to the kitchen and a pantry on the same floor. Other work consists in creating new bedrooms with "en-suite" bathrooms on the 4th and 5th floors, re-organizing the 3rd floor, new kitchen, pantry, and laundry rooms. The MEP systems will be upgraded and a new elevator connecting all the floors will be added.
