Located in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn, this new residential development of boutique condominiums is set among small multi-family row housing in a residential neighborhood. Designed by Marin Architects with a classic brick style, 324 Twenty will feature seven condominiums. An area of small-scale, residential streets, Greenwood Heights is characterized by cafes, restaurants, and green space – the quintessential Brooklyn experience.
Each condominium unit will feature a Juliet balcony, private terrace, or garden. The views from the units look to Brooklyn, the New York Harbor and the Manhattan Skyline, as does the view from the communal, landscape roof deck.
Designed with cast-in-place concrete, this four story building features a classic red brick façade, which helps it scale down to the adjacent two and three story residential buildings.
