It is a freestanding building , 4 storeys high and two basement floors for garage use , storage and technical rooms . The compactness and dual targeting of housing is considered critical to the overall configuration element , allowing the rate of urban scale , which defines the actions consistent with the existing profile in the population.
The block consists of 32 dwellings with three bodies resolved staircase and lift , giving access to two and three flats per floor , allowing the double guidance throughout. The cover is inclined Dickey gets no eaves. Finally , urbanization is low. Alignments outside the perimeter of the facade there is a small garden area with hard irregular surface as a path with street furniture. There is also a swimming pool and sports to enjoy the homeowners within private parkland.
