The residential tower utilizes an angular bay window, set within a curved frame to maximize each residents connection to Central Park. The combination of geometries creates a depth of facade and play of shadows that creates a unique building form.
The design incorporates environmental design features that promote energy efficiency including solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, green roofs, zero waste initiatives, and efficient HVAC systems. The project aims to be a beacon of sustainable living.
