This was a complete gut renovation of a 2500sqft loft in DUMBO Brooklyn's the Sweeney Building. The clients wanted a clean and fresh new design of the loft they recently purchased that had not been touched in 8 years. White was a favorite color of the clients! We designed a elegant but simple white lacquer kitchen that had custom Stainless hardware that was fabricated locally. The kitchen island a large presence in the loft and seen directly upon entry was decided to be clad with beautiful Danby Marble. Its superior durability and brown, gray and black veins complimented the kitchen so well and became the focus of the space. In addition to the kitchen over 100ft of custom radiator covers were installed along with a new entry garage closet with sliding door. The floors were redone in a custom dark stain that contrasts the bright white interior dramatically. We designed new walk in master closets for his and her and new architectural lighting through the entire loft.
