3 World Trade Center opened on June 11 as New York City’s fifth-tallest building. Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, 3 WTC features a reinforced concrete core encased by a steel structure and is defined by its load-sharing system of K-shaped bracing. The building boasts of floor-to-ceiling glass and column-free floor plates, creating an unobstructed 360-degree panoramic views of New York City. Since the beginning of 2019, the Silverstein team has signed several tenants to new leases, most notably Better.com, Casper, Hudson River Trading, and Diageo.
