In the heart of the 16th arrondissement, behind a majestic carved wooden carriage gate, 3Boissière reveals itself. The façade, like a page of history, bears the marks of Parisian classicism: stonework, Greek columns, balconies with elegant scrollwork, and pediments inspired by antiquity. Every element has been meticulously restored—with precision in execution and a poetic attention to detail. The courtyard, once paved with asphalt, is now returned to stone and filled with natural light that reaches deep into the building.
Noble spaces are created below ground, made possible by new light wells and a new patio planted in open soil. Each heritage element is brought back to life: exterior woodwork has been replicated identically, zinc balconies and overhangs restored, and the iconic bow window has been delicately revived to merge historic charm with modern performance. Inside, the building is transformed.
From a structural standpoint, the grand staircase is preserved, secondary staircases redesigned to meet current safety regulations, and the basement ceiling raised to create generous volumes. Elevators now reach the basement level—every intervention carefully planned to ease circulation and enhance comfort and accessibility. 3Boissière meets today’s standards without betraying the spirit of its past. The building is now equipped with cutting-edge technology: building management systems, connected blinds, data and telecom networks, enhanced security and a refined ventilation system. It is open to the future, with ambitious energy performance targets (HQE V1 certification – Very High Performance), sustainable installations and acoustic treatment down to the finest detail.
