The proposal stars with a singular building that works as a modern reference for the city. It contains 3 states of privacy which divides the building in 3 languages, 3 pieces: tower, base and "blanquet". The tower piece is the main reference element, it dominates the front sight It is covered by a fine lattice whose abstract texture won´t let us be aware of the scale of the piece, hiding its interior. The base resembles an ancient wall that protects us from the hard weather. On the backside we find a yard, flanked by 2 long pieces that create shadow underneath. After this part we find the oasis, the most private part. This part is supposed to be the center of a further expansion of the resort.
