This is a 17 story building that was designed for Galeon Group and is located in Miraflores, near Bajada Balta, a path that leads you to the ocean.
The facade is made of concrete with balconies in different organic shapes, creating a distinctive silhouette.
This building has a rooftop with common areas such as bar, swimming pool, BBQ, Gym and a playground for kids.
