taskdesign of a house in an allot settlement. it should not exceed a footprint of 48m2 respectively a volume of 264m3. the building should be constructed in wood.evolutionin due consideration of the site location without direct lake view the building gets shaped by the surrounding paths and borders, so that spaces for retreat are getting created.resultdue to the placement of the house at the edge of the site, there is a quiet garden in the back area.the second floor is twisted against the ground floor so that a terrace and a roofed garden area are getting created. in the bottom part of the building there are the living area and the kitchen, upstairs are the bedroom, the bathroom and a walk-in closet placed.
