Gal Nauer Architects (GNA) has created a new architectural and interior design at 250 West Street, a
historic landmark building located in the heart of TriBeCa. Originally built in
1906, 250 West
Street has been converted from a landmark warehouse
building into a 21st Century luxury residence featuring a majestic
historic façade. The new contemporary design of the building embodies a modern
sophistication, as well as the history of TriBeCa’s landmark district.
Originally designed by
William H. Birkmire, the 11-story neo-Renaissance building consists of 111
loft-style condominiums and approximately 300,000 residential square feet.
250 West
Street offers over 30 different layouts ranging from
loft-style units with 16-foot ceilings to four-bedroom homes. Residents will
enjoy a majestic lobby with 24-hour concierge service, private library lounge,
61-foot pool, and a two-level amenity area including a pool, children’s
playroom, sauna and state-of-the-art fitness center.
Atop 250 West Street is a
one-of-a-kind penthouse comprised of over 7,000 square feet, with a private
entryway, lobby and elevator. In addition, a 5,000-square-foot rooftop terrace
