The Bliss House in North London is the brainchild of developers Bliss Spaces, who completed their first project earlier this year. Located at 25 Hurst Avenue, the duplex consists of two private residences of about 4,000 sq feet each with spacious yards and backyard studios. The materials were prefabricated beforehand, enabling 6 men to assemble the two houses in just 6 days. Besides efficient construction methods, the homes feature an eco-friendly wood product called Kebony plus energy efficient design, appliances and lighting.
