Type
The proposal aims to respond to two major principles : context and specificity. The project is located in Montreal, more precisely in the "Plateau Mont-Royal" district where the population density gets as high as 10 000 inhabitants/km2. The size of the project is quite similar to the adjacent buildings and tends to maximize floor areas. It is composed of a handful of different types of housing units.
