K. Norman Berry Associates collaborated with Deborah Berke & Partners Architects to design, renovate, and construct a museum hotel within the West Main Street Historic District. The project consists of a 90-room full service hotel and contemporary art museum. The main public space is a 5,000 SF gallery. The project includes a world-class restaurant seating 150 patrons adjoining a lounge and bar, which can accommodate another 100 patrons. The hotel has been voted the “best U.S. hotel” by Conde Nast Traveler readers in 2009 and 2010.
