CCCRA is currently under the contruction of this private housing project.
The project located 300m from the coast line has spectacular views to the ocean, therefore has been designed following a modern and pure lines aesthetic in the façade looking for orientated openings to the views.
It is a 2 semi-detached houses, linked with a central patio providing extra light a game of shadows, enphatized with the suspended staircases facing the patio glass wall providing a singular perspective to the interiors, revisiting the tradicional andalusian patios.
