This house were designed for 2 different functions on one site.
The building mass was broken up into 2 blocks connected by a covered corridor as a means of connecting. The front area block functions as a work studio for residential owners, while the back block functions as a private area.
The open concept is carried out as the main design in the two building masses. Workspace without insulation provides a broad visualization space, for rooms that require privacy, in bulkhead with glass material. Rear building is processed from a large box, which is then divided into other compartments of space.
Connected to an open corridor that looked towards the park located in the middle between the buildings. This central park reduces the density of space, providing fresh air between two building masses that tend to be massive and dense. a koi pond gives cool air pressure and flows to the rear building, when the sliding door is opened.
