The project starts with an original 40`s house belonging to Mrs. Mendoza. As she´s becoming older and her two sons want them to be assisted by them, they decide to profite the existing house to make a nwe one for her anf ther own families.The desition to keep the existing house as a legacy referene to their memories and keep the big garden in front of it to common meetings and children playgarden, let us keep the rest of the house in tha backside of the loft using as a composition system the rectangular box sized parts of the original size and reproducing it for the newer parts wich finally consisted in 3 different houses with similar composition.The original house remains as the original, recycling internally to adapt new functions .The mother's house becomes the smaller. and the newer and bigger house to the biggest family is totally new, with new and contemporary materials and look. In glass and wood and with inverted roof for the main space, the living and dining room.
