The client wanted to find a way to complement his social lifestyle along with his family lifestyle. The challenges in the California Coastal Communities are always finding ways to create spaces for gatherings in the closed quarters of our cities. A typical lot in this area will consist of a 3' setback from your neighbors so figuring out how to achieve privacy for them was a key factor.
