Named after its address at 1000 8th Avenue in Fort Worth’s Southside area, 1K8 is a creatively modern response to the challenge of designing within a tight footprint under strict development codes. Limited by zoning to be no more than two stories, the second story became the dominant feature of the building to create a desirable and visible office location.
