8,000 SF of basement space in a Class A downtown building was transformed into office space for the building owner’s downtown management team, 2 speculative office suites, 2 storage rooms, and a shared pantry and conference room. The conference room and pantry, which also serves as breakout space, is available for all building tenants.
The Concourse level was previously used as additional office space for a law firm and then sat vacant for a few years, eventually filling up with building storage. The fitness center is also located on this level, the entry of which is visible and accessible from the elevator lobby.
With the lack of windows, light materials were used to brighten the space as well as LED lighting throughout. Artwork was carefully selected to help give the space a gallery feel and bring the outdoors in.
