Behind the retained Regent Street façade, the redevelopment of Triumph
House and 13-17 New Burlington Place combines office, retail and restaurant
space within a tight urban site. Drawing inspiration from its context, the new
architecture is both dramatic and contemporary whilst addressing sensitive
environmental issues, seamlessly integrating their solutions within the bold
design concept. These were key requirements of the Crown Estate in selecting
the Building for their new headquarters. The addition of hard landscaping and public art
has rejuvenated the previously unwelcoming urban space.
