COLLECTIF led the design of MEP/FP systems for the renovation of this single-family 7,300-square-foot townhouse in Lower Manhattan.
The design includes a grand double-height great room flowing into the garden, a formal dining space accompanied by a wet bar and service pantry, a lavish primary suite occupying the entire floor, complete with a windowed primary bathroom, and an elevated sky lounge boasting a rooftop terrace. Additionally, the lower level, already excavated, is designated to house a skylit gym, sauna, home cinema, and wine vault.
