The challenge was to design a workplace marketing suite for the building owner that demonstrates the potential of the floor plate at 127 Creek Street, and an innovative approach to a workplace design solution to traditional workplace design.
WMK utilized the characteristics of the existing floor plate to create a central spine, comprising of reception, board room, meeting rooms and café that work to connect the overall space.
The use of timber flooring through the central spine differentiates this area from work zones whilst non-traditional materials and design elements create a unique solution with a more residential feel.
The design provided the owner, 151 Properties with an effective marketing tool that reflects the potential of 127 Creek Street and allows future tenants to visualise the opportunity this centrally located commercial building offers.
