Built in the early 1900's as an office tower, the Beaux-Arts facade of Fifteen Madison Square North now accommodates sixty-six family scale apartments and four penthouses on its upper floors. The homes are designed to maintain the loft like feel of the interiors, and many feature unobstructed views of New York City's iconic Flat Iron and Empire State Buildings. As part of the building conversion, the lower floors have been retained as offices, and separate lobbies have been created for the residential and commercial tenants.Architect: Daniel Goldner Architects.
