The reconfiguration of an existing narrow office entrance and adjacent shop unit to create a more appropriate office reception, including wheelchair access. Original Portland stone detailing removed in the late 20th Century was reinstated to the main facade, whilst internally new basalt and walnut finishes in the reception area lead to refurbished common parts and office floors.
