The project includes 14 duplex homes, three business premises and a garage situated on a 3000 m2 site, creating expansive common areas that include a swimming pool and children’s play facilities. The orientation of the site in relation to the coastline makes the visual connection between the houses and the sea more difficult. Terracing in plan solves this problem and at the same time injects energy into the development, creating interesting spaces of transition between the houses. Each house is supported on rounded walls that protrude into the rooms, accentuating the sequence and contrasting the uniform white walls with their stone finish.
