this project consists of six downtown condominium units located in anchorage. each unit is designed to take full advantage of views of the chugach mountains or city skyline and to maximize access to daylight. the massing of the project is a response to the traffic and turns the focus of the community inside the development.each unit has an open floor plan with private outdoor space on the upper levels. amenities include radiant floor heat, free-floating fireplace, skylight in master bedroom, colored glass accents with individual colors for each unit.
