The building is located on 130 Pirotska Str. and Tsaribrodska Str. and
next to the key town arteries Todor Alexandrov Blvd. and Konstantin
Velitschkov Blvd. The area offers excellent living environment. Nearby
are the St. Troitsa Park and the St. Nicola Park, many schools and
kindergartens, many shops and the Dimiter Petkov Market. Within walking
distance are Mall of Sofia and Arena Multiplex cinema.concept
The authors are inspired by the location of the plot, the colors of the
shopping street, built with time-honored traditions, by the spirit of
neighboring buildings and even by the proximity of pre-fabricated
concrete buildings. The building is influenced by the dynamic life in
the city.
The facade surfaces expose the dynamics of space, sistematized by the
use of various types and sizes of panels, materials, textures and color.
The result is a modern building that seems to always been in its place.project
The project objectives are to create a comfortable living environment by
offering a range of functional types and different sizes of homes, to
provide several shops on the ground level, situated along one of the
busiest streets in Sofia and to ensure availability of some office
office spaces to be leased.
The lack of parking space is solved on two underground levels,
accessible by ramp from Tsaribrodska Str. The ground floor is a
commercial area, oriented to the Main Street. The second level is
defined for offices with a separate entrance from the north façade. The
rest six floors are residential. The two entrances to them are also
located on the north façade. The apartments are planned with two or
three bedrooms, having spacious living rooms and large terraces. On the
roof level are placed the luxury apartments with private roof terraces,
partially covered by a pergola with magnificent views to the south of
the city and the Vitosha mountain.
