Concept: The principle of grouped habitat with 13 apartments (R+7), commercial premises, gardens (ground floor and roof area), car parks andcommunal areas (community house, laundry, bike shed...) which reflects a new construction trend: private individual buyers join together to form acooperative (Diapason group) to fulfil their own property and future housing project, in partnership with the SEMAVIP (Paris Site Manager) and Paris City. The aim is to share spaces and equipments.Architecture: Two blocks divided by a traffic «break». The overlapping of the properties aims to make everyone benefit from double orientationand ease flows.
