Replacing an industrial building that was a sentimental landmark in the Village neighborhood of Jersey City, this five-story project will have 19 apartments over 10 parking car garage and two retail small retail spaces intended to provide local services.
The Brunswick street facade is designed to fit into the neighborhood by recessing a portion of the top floor, reflect the diversity of window patterns found in the historic fabric, and use a brick color to match that used on its 19th century neighbors.
