AION Partners and the Carlisle Group sought to upgrade this 250,000 square foot commercial office building south of Dupont Circle at the termination of M Street, a critical shift in the urban grid.
We conceived of and created a jewel-like pavilion, clad in 22-foot-high panels of glass, to provide additional retail space. The panels feature a patterned and mirrored interlayer that reflects the streetscape, including a small park across the street, and allows for views into the space. In addition to the pavilion, we created a new entry plaza and lobby, further modernizing the building and enhancing the tenant experience.
