The uban regeneration of the 12 Apostoles Memorial Site was achieved with consideration to the existing urban, architectural and transportational parametres and attention to the cultural and historical elements of the surroundings. The site is characterised by the western walls zone which creates a barrier between the historic centre of the city and the recent growth of the city towards the area.
