A major refurbishment of an 11-storey office building in Cannon Street in the City of London, giving it a bright new appearance and helping with the revitalisation of this hitherto neglected corner of the city. The design includes a complete reworking of the first two storeys of the facade, the fit out of the reception area in an elegant, contemporary style and the refurbishment of the office space to a Cat A standard, ready for fit out by prospective tenants.
